Returns & Exchanges

At Cotton Candy LA, we want you to love your new look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
